With over a decade of program evaluation & facilitation experience, Dara fosters a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking wherever she goes. Colleagues describe her as a convener - supporting and encouraging others with her honesty, openness, energy, and sense of humor.
Program Evaluation
Evaluations should be useful to the people that matter the most: on the ground staff and the people and communities they serve. Dara empowers her clients from all backgrounds to become evaluative thinkers who strategically use data to inform programmatic improvements, secure funding, and grow.
Facilitation & Training
Dara has facilitated workshops across the country & managed a national OST award, supporting over 200 programs in the process. As a national trainer, she has delivered customized training resulting in the organizations she supports improving their data culture and quality.
